Duty Manager

Job Share Manager (£5944 pa)
We are looking for two Retirement Housing Court Managers to deliver customer care and related services to the owners. This will include building management, organising contractors and budget control.
The Managers will be required to work 9 hours each per week Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 12.30pm. Each manager will cover alternate Saturdays and flexibility will be required to cover holidays, sickness and emergencies.
You will need to be numerate, literate and with a good knowledge of IT, good organisational and effective communication skills are also important.
