​A unique advantage is that each resident owns a share in the freehold, giving us a say in decision making and finances. In keeping with the town, the Court has a lovely village ambience. Since Covid restrictions were eased we have developed many friendships with our like minded Court neighbours who we meet up with regularly at social functions in the resident’s lounge.”
