We now have two single apartments on the market and a number of new owners have been welcomed recently, with three more due to arrive in February & March. Recent events in December & January have included three carol services, two Christmas lunches, a great New Year's Eve complete with a race night and a very funny Burn’s night complete with Haggis stabbing, a piper, and a great rendition of Auld Lang Syne. Owners raised £100 for the local homeless hostel. Up and coming events include the redecoration of the guest suite and a presentation by the Knit Wits (Wednesday afternoon knitters). £800 to representatives of the East Anglian Air Ambulance was raised from the Great Autumn Raffle. Prince William was unable to make it on this occasion!

Gressland Court celebrated Burns night on Saturday 28th January 2017, it was attended by 40 owners and guests! The evening began at 6pm with sherry and whiskey followed by Ham, Pea and Lentil Soup. Haggis, Mash and Carrot & Swede served with Whiskey Gravy, Cranachan, Coffee & Mints. All had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
Mrs Doris Turner celebrated her 100th Birthday on Christmas Day! She was joined by her family, friends and neighbours for a tea party with Champagne on 29th December 2016. She has lived at Brook Court since it opened in 2003 and her years at the development have been most enjoyable. We wish her many happy returns.
