It had been a long time coming for this event as the birthday girl, Anita Yates, had her ‘day of birth’ back in October last year, however, due to unforeseen circumstances her birthday celebrations had to be postponed! So everyone was surely looking forward to celebrating with her in our Great Hall. The decorations were up, the buffet was beautifully displayed and her friends here at Brompton were dressed up ‘to the nines’ to raise a glass or two!
Our very own Tony Letts, who joined as a new Owner only last year, provided the entertainment for the evening. There was much merriment, with songs from the past and some current hits too! Great food, lovely company and a super time was had by all.
