This summer our owners have enjoyed trips out to visit historical houses and Proms at St Jude's. The monthly talks and entertainments, as well as quizzes and teas, are pulling in the crowds. If they're not coming for games, they're coming for the excellent sandwiches and homemade cakes that we offer.

We are very proud to have one of our owners who was awarded with the medal of honour by the French government in recognition of his acknowledged military engagement and steadfast involvement in the liberation of France in the Second World War. The Chevalier de la Legion d' honneur is the highest honour France can bestow. The remarkable event was covered by the press and the BBC.
