We have a new Chef, John Gray, join the Brompton Court Team and many Owners enjoyed a ‘Meet the Chef’ evening meal. The evening started with a Sherry reception in the Great Hall, many came along dressed up in their finest and were greeted by Levi, a local young man who entertained the Owners playing his guitar throughout the evening... very soulful!
We had a fantastic menu choice. Stilton Soup or Avocado Fan with Prawn Marie Rose followed by Grilled Trout Almandine or Steak Diane as the main courses of the night, finished off with either Panna cotta with fresh fruit salad or Treacle sponge with custard! All accompanied by a fine choice of wines, the evening went very well ... Bravo Chef!
