| From Easter Bank Holiday lunch to the Carousel Theatre’s exquisite show “Musicals Glorious Musicals”, April was a month packed with events at Farthing Court... “Animal Senses” talk was presented by a wonderful volunteer from Herts and Middlesex Wildlife trust. Farthing Court welcomed Pedro Casillas for the second time, who played a classical guitar recital. The Play Reading Group and the Book Club resumed on Shakespeare’s Birthday, followed by a Shakespeare themed Afternoon Tea. We used recipes from old Elizabethan cook books and we all agreed that cakes taste much better nowadays! | |
