In June we held our ever popular 'Pimms and Nibbles afternoon' which included a selection of finger sandwiches, scones with fresh cream and strawberries, homemade cakes, crisps and nibbles. Some owners invited guests who came along and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
In July we had an open day to promote the apartments that are for sale. The open day fell on the hottest day of the year! All that attended were very grateful for the refreshments provided and were able to sit in the garden and enjoy them.
Our regular activities carried on through the summer months, these include Knit & Natter, Scrabble, Bingo, Fish & Chip supper, games afternoons, cards, prayer meetings, book club, quizzes and Fitness Friday. Certainly a full itinerary! The owners also arrange a lunch outing each month.
